About
Hi! I am an Assistant Professor of Managerial Accounting at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. My research spans managerial accounting, performance management, internal information quality, and corporate misconduct. I am particularly interested in how firms use control instruments to improve organizational and employee outcomes.
I graduated from the Eli Broad College of Business, Michigan State University, with a Ph.D. Before the Ph.D. program, I taught financial accounting, managerial accounting, and operations management for students pursuing chartered accountancy. I co-founded the non-profit Raising a Mathematician Foundation to foster research attitudes among middle and high school students.
